During 20-21 July 2026, H.E. Ms. Kundhinee Aksornwong, Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil, together with Ms. Tipaporn Attasivanon, First Secretary, took the opportunity of their visit to Salvador da Bahia in order to organize the “Thai Kitchen to the World” event to meet with representatives from both public and privates sectors of Bahia; namely, (1) Mr. Luís Maurício Bacellar, Secretary of Tourism of the State Government of Bahia, (2) Mr. Francisco Carlos Soares Luz, Ambassador and Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreing Affairs of Brazil in Bahia, and (3) Mr. Cláudio Murilo Micheli Xavier, Vice-President of the Federation of Industries of the State of Bahia. The meetings aimed to enhance more engagements with the key policymakers of Brazil, while further strengthening Thailand-Brazil cooperation in wide-ranging areas, especially economic cooperation, technical collaboration, and exchange of knowledge and best practices in various areas among experts from both sides.

Nos dias 20 e 21 de julho de 2026, a Embaixadora da Tailândia no Brasil, S.E. Sra. Kundhinee Aksornwong, acompanhada pela Primeira-Secretária Sra. Tipaporn Attasivanon, aproveitou a visita a Salvador da Bahia — realizada por ocasião do evento "Thai Kitchen to the World" (Cozinha Tailandesa para o Mundo) — para reunir-se com os representantes dos setores público e privado baianos: (1) Sr. Luís Maurício Bacellar, Secretário de Turismo do Estado da Bahia; (2) Sr. Francisco Carlos Soares Luz, Embaixador e Chefe do Escritório de Representação do Ministério das Relações Exteriores do Brasil na Bahia; e (3) Sr. Cláudio Murilo Micheli Xavier, Vice-Presidente da Federação das Indústrias do Estado da Bahia. Os encontros tiveram como objetivo ampliar o diálogo com importantes formuladores de políticas públicas do Brasil e fortalecer ainda mais a cooperação entre a Tailândia e o Brasil em diversas áreas, com destaque para a cooperação econômica, a colaboração técnica e o intercâmbio de conhecimentos e melhores práticas entre especialistas de ambos os lados.
