On 29 May 2025, Her Excellency Miss Kundhinee Aksornwong, Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil, had a meeting with Her Excellency Mrs. Susan Kleebank, Secretary of Asia and the Pacific, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, on the occasion of Her Excellency Susan’s recent assumption of duty as the Secretary of Asia-Pacific, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil. Both side had a very warm and constructive discussion. They expressed their readiness to work closely to strengthen the cordial relationship between Thailand and Brazil in all dimensions, including ways to expedite the preparation process for the 4th Political Consultations Meeting between the two countries, which is scheduled to be held in Thailand this year. Secretary of Asia-Pacific Susan also took this opportunity to congratulate Ambassador Kundhinee upon Her Excellency’s assumption as the Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil.

Ms. Kundhinee Aksornwong, Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil, at the Residence of Thai Ambassador. The meeting served as an opportunity to exchange views on potential cooperation in public communications to promote a positive image of Thailand in Brazil, as well as to explore the possibility of organizing joint activities or projects in the future to enhance mutual understanding and foster greater appreciation of Thailand among the Brazilian public. On 28 May 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Brasília organized a volunteer activity in honor of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty’s Birthday Anniversary on 3 June 2025. On this occasion, H.E. Ms. Kundhinee Aksornwong, Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil, together with officials of the Royal Thai Embassy, Team Thailand in Brazil, and their spouses, met with Mr. Paco Britto, Head of International Affairs of the Government of the Federal District, and Ms. Ana Lúcia Moura, International Affairs Advisor, to deliver 60 relief bags containing dry food and essential supplies. These relief bags were donated to support vulnerable and underprivileged communities in Brasília and its surrounding areas through the Government of the Federal District’s distribution channels. Furthermore, both sides discussed ways to strengthen future cooperation.
