H.E. Ms. Kundhinee Aksornwong, Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil, welcomed H.E. Ms. Jiraporn Sindhuprai, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office, H.E. Mr. Chutintorn Gongsakdi, Secretary to the Minister of Foreing Affairs, and the delegation from International Economic Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, attending the 17th BRICS Summit, held between 6-7 July 2025, in Rio de Janeiro, under the current BRICS presidency of Brazil.

This has marked the first time for Thailand joining in the said meeting as BRICS Partner Country.

Jiraporn Sindhuprai, Ministra Vinculada ao Gabinete do Primer Ministro, Sua Excelência, Sr. Chutintorn Gongsakdi, Secretário do Ministro das Relações Exteriores, e a delegação do Departamento de Assuntos Econômicos Internacionais do Ministério das Relações Exteriores da Tailândia, presentes na 17ª Cúpula do BRICS, realizada entre 6 e 7 de julho de 2025, no Rio de Janeiro, sob a atual presidência do Brasil no BRICS.

Esta foi a primeira vez que a Tailândia participou da referida reunião como País Parceiro do BRICS.
